We have been notified by Microsoft that they are experiencing a catastrophic issue with Azure's SQL Server services. They are applying a mitigation at the moment. This may or may not impact our customers access to their cloud Process Director system.
Microsoft is saying it’s a "new network connection" issue. Existing connections to databases will continue to work, but if they are closed, new connections are not possible at the moment. So some systems will appear to work while others will work until a restart or connections recycle.
If you are experiencing issues accessing Process Director, we apologize for the inconvenience. Microsoft is working to recover the affected nodes and once recovered, the affected databases should come back online.
