On the 15th of every month, BP Logix will be holding a monthly drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift card.
After every technical support ticket is solved, customers receive a brief satisfaction survey. Each month, we'll randomly choose a user who has responded during the previous month, and send them a $25 gift card.
