    Just to be clear,

    We can also mark the ticket solved for you, it's a bit easier from our page. Just indicate in your reply that the issue has been resolved.

    you can indicate this in the email reply to your ticket.

    Yes, if our reply to you resolves the issue feel free to indicate that the issue is resolved and we'll mark it as solved.
