Where do I find my tickets? Follow

    Will there be any additional type of indicator to dentoe the archived tickets from the old support site versus the support tickets submitted on the new site?

    Perhaps something like what the old site had by way of a ticket number and a submit date?

    Tickets are archived after 6 months, and the annotation "This is an archived ticket" will appear at the top of the ticket. Also, tickets imported from the old site will have that system's ticket number for reference as the BPL_Support_Ticket value. BTW, you can use the BPL_Support_Ticket value to the search for tickets.

    Correction to my comment about archived tickets, while this is true for agents, it is not true for end users.

    Tickets are archived after 6 months, and the annotation "This is an archived ticket" will appear at the top of the ticket. Also, tickets imported from the old site will have that system's ticket number for reference as the BPL_Support_Ticket value. BTW, you can use the BPL_Support_Ticket value to the search for tickets. 

    All tickets are listed under your "My activities" view. The old/imported tickets will have new ticket numbers but the previous ticket will be referenced in the system so you may search for it by the old number or you can also search your requests using key words.

    Also, please note the tickets will not be returned when searching from the main page's search box, tickets can only be returned by searching within the "My requests" search.
