We’ve replaced the CustomGPT chatbot with a self-hosted chatbot that uses our own infrastructure at both the documentation web site and the front page of the Zendesk support site. This chatbot is both faster and more accurate than the CustomGPT chatbot. It will accept questions and provide anwers in any language. It’s also more visually flexible, enabling a full page or docked container view, in addition to the standard small chatbot window.
